The concept has been developed from the growing economic and industry development in the food and beverage market between the old-fashioned country public house and restaurant combined with the ever developing 4* boutique luxury hotel market.
Our Executive Chef, Steven Tuke leads the restaurant championing locally sourced British produce and seasonal menus with an experienced team.

Flat Cap Hotels is converting ‘The Courthouse’ into a unique venue which will include a 150 cover restaurant and bar called Barristers. The Court Room has a 300 guest capacity for conferences, weddings and events. The 2 existing wings will provide luxury bedrooms with more bedrooms to be added in 2018. Executive Chef of the group, Steven Tuke will champion locally sourced, British seasonal food.
